Ingredients

  1. Waffles with spinach
  2. 100 g spinach
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 1 t baking soda
  5. 2 dl.
  6. 185 g.
  7. 1. salt

Filling

  • 30 g. spinach
  • 350 g. breast
  • red onion (40 g)
  • 2 avocado
  • 0.5 c. green onions
  • pesto pesto
  • 1 parsley bunch
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.5 dl rapeseed or sunflower seed oil

Preparing the dish

A stick blender or a regular blender is used to blend spinach, eggs, and milk.

Then add baking powder, wheat flour, and salt. If the dough is too thick, add more milk. If it’s too thin, add more flour.

Bake in an olive oil or other fat-greased waffle iron.

Fry chicken. Clean the chicken and heat a fat pan. Depending on thickness, fry chicken breasts for 4 minutes each side. Add salt and pepper.

Now make the parsley pesto/dressing. Mix parsley with garlic, oil, and salt.

To serve, top with pesto dressing and topped with hot spinach waffles.
